Therapeutic Book Club

Have you ever read a self-help/psychology oriented book and had questions unanswered?

Perhaps you had an intense emotional reaction to parts of the book and no one to discuss it with?

Maybe the book even inspired you to dig deeper, but you don’t know where to start?

This group was created to help with all of this uncertainty. Join us for all the books or only come for the books that peak your interest. Be prepared for an in-depth, vulnerable and productive discussion around emotional reactions, personal reflections, and a therapist’s perspective on what to further explore.

While this group is intended to be helpful both on it’s own or as a supplement to therapy, it is not intended to be a replacement for traditional therapy.
