I am an Independent Licensed Social worker and I have worked  over twenty years with adolescents and children who have emotional and behavioral concerns.  I believe that change is always possible. My approach is direct and genuine, hopefully insightful, and certainly empathetic.  I have extensive training in trauma informed care and how trauma impacts behaviors and the developing brain.  I have also worked in private practice counseling adults/couples and  young adults who struggle with infidelity, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, bullying, parenting issues and self-harm.
